She has a proven track record of leading complex technology programs, modernizing government systems, and significantly enhancing customer experience. As Co-owner and founder of Projatec, she leverages her expertise to advise organizations on federal contracts, delivering solutions rooted in strategic governance and continuous improvement.
Combining analytical rigor with empathy and vision, Elizabeth is known for her exceptional ability to connect strategic planning with tangible execution. Her leadership philosophy focuses on empowering individuals through technology, developing systems that promote accountability, automation, and mission-driven innovation. A life-long learner, Elizabeth holds an MBA, PMP, ITIL v3 Expert, ITIL v4 Managing Professional, and an AI Consultancy certification, alongside a 50-ton USCG Captain's license and a master's certificate in aromatherapy.
Elizabeth's analytical, systems-oriented mindset was shaped by her upbringing on a horse farm—an environment that instilled core values of hard work, responsibility, grit, and integrity. Encouraged to question the status quo and engage in intellectual exploration, she was further influenced by her great aunt and uncle, both mathematicians, sparking a passion for logic and problem-solving that led her to major in mathematics.
Outside of her professional life, Elizabeth finds personal balance in activities that parallel her approach to leadership. She enjoys the focus and humility of golf, the adventure and unpredictability of boating, and the rhythm of steady progress found in hiking. Elizabeth cherishes her free time with family, friends, and pets.
